These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at drmustafa.org ("the Site"), which is operated for the medical practice of Dr. Mustafa R. Steityeh ("the Doctor," "we," "our," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site provides general information about Dr. Steityeh, his medical practice, his credentials, and his clinic. It allows visitors to send inquiries through a contact form and to message the clinic via WhatsApp.

5. Inquiries and contact-form submissions
Submitting an inquiry through the Site does not establish a doctor-patient relationship. A formal patient relationship begins only after an in-person consultation at the clinic.
We aim to respond to inquiries within one business day, but make no guarantee of response time. For urgent medical matters, please call the clinic directly at 06 465 8230 or — in an emergency — contact emergency services or visit the nearest hospital.
6. Third-party links and services
The Site links to third-party services such as WhatsApp and Google Maps. We are not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of those services. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.
7. No warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties — express, implied, or statutory — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Jordanian law, neither Dr. Steityeh, his clinic, nor any of its representatives shall be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, including loss of data, lost profits, or damage to systems — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
9. Medical liability
These Terms govern only the Site. They do not govern medical care provided by Dr. Steityeh. Medical liability is governed by Jordanian medical-malpractice and tort law, the rules of the Jordan Medical Council, and the terms of the in-person doctor-patient relationship.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dr. Steityeh, his clinic, and his representatives from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
11. Modifications
We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or block access to the Site for any user who violates these Terms.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any dispute arising under these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amman.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
